Unopened items, with the original receipt, returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Valid photo ID may be required.
There are some conditions to our Returns Policy. These include:
- Returns of Special Order items may not be accepted.
- Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
- A defective item is subject to the manufacturerâ€™s warranty for repair or replacement.
